Yakups® Recumbent Heavy duty custom Trike Hitch Rack For 2" Receiver. 5 year warranty

This heavy duty Yakups® Recumbent Trike Hitch Rack  will hold two recumbent bikes with tires up to 1 3/4" wide and weigh up to 45lbs each.  The two tires go upright in the rack keeping the pedals and gearing up and away from road dust and dirt.  The sprockets do not stick out in traffic as other racks. Wheels will be fastened in the channels with straps. Four at the top two wheels and two at the bottom wheel.

The brackets are adjustable both left and right for the center to center wheel distances and also up or down to adjust somewhat for varying length trikes. Rear fender on the single wheel will not contact the lower channel. 

All bolts and rack components are heavy duty, steel frame is powder coated, and stainless bots with nylock nuts are used in all locations.  This can be used in any 2" hitch receiver that is heavy duty enough. If you are using an approved swing arm you must have a 500 lb tongue weight capacity hitch. It is recommended when traveling to connect the rack with a strap or cord to the door hinges if you have any flex in the swing arm. This can easily be done in order to have a stable ride and less stress on your swing arm. 

The rack arrives in 3 easy to bolt together sections. Racks stinger portion is a heavy duty solid 2" square shaft.  Rack is 71" wide at the top section.
